Kept by The Bhook kitchen
Ingredients
- 1 small bunch fresh mint
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley
- 1 small bunch fresh basil
- 1 small bunch tarragon
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 4 flatbreads
- black tea (optional)
Method
- Rinse all herbs and dry them gently. Put them on a serving plate whole, leaves and tender stems.
- Slice feta into small blocks. Arrange next to the herbs.
- Slice cucumber thinly.
- Set flatbreads on the table.
- To eat: tear off bread, wrap with cheese and herbs, and add a slice of cucumber. You’ll smell the herbs in every bite.
Use lots of fresh herbs. The herbs are not garnish, they’re the main part of this meal.
